A. All class bookings are made through our online booking system, which you can access via our website. New students can book a free trial class to see if the class is a good fit, or you can sign up for the full term straight away.


A. Information about our term dates can be found on the Timetable section of our website.


A. After your trial class, you’ll receive an email asking for feedback and confirming whether you’d like to continue. If you decide to join us, we’ll enroll your child in the class and send you an invoice for the term’s fees.


A. No, parents are not permitted to watch trial classes. This helps students focus, feel more comfortable, and experience the class environment as they would week-to-week.


A. Students can wear anything comfortable and easy to move in, such as leggings, shorts, and a t-shirt or vest top. Soft dance shoes, bare feet, or clean trainers are all fine depending on the dance style. Hair should be tied back neatly, and no jewellery should be worn for safety reasons. Once enrolled, you’ll receive information about our uniform requirements for each class style.


A. We offer a range of classes including Acro, Ballet, Contemporary, Commercial, Jazz, Modern, Musical theatre, Tap and Stretch, Strength and Technique.. You can find full class descriptions on our website.


A. We teach children from 2 years through to teens and adults. Each class is designed for a specific age range and ability level.


A. If you’re unsure, please get in touch! Our team can recommend the most suitable class based on your child’s age, experience, and interests.


A. Fees are paid termly and invoices are sent once you confirm your place after your trial. Payment details and deadlines will be included on your invoice. Term dates can be found on the Timetable section of our website. 


A. We don't offer sibling discounts but we offer the below for class discounts. 

  • 5% off if your child attends 5 classes 
  • 10% off if your child attends 10 classes 
  • If your child attends more than 10 classes you pay for 10 then any above that are free.


A. If a class is missed due to illness or other reasons, we can sometimes offer a make-up session where space allows. However, refunds cannot be given for missed classes.


A. Yes! Students have the opportunity to take part in shows, workshops, and optional dance exams (where applicable). These experiences help build confidence and performance skills.


A. Each dance style has a specific uniform that must be worn once you join. Uniform details can be found on our website. Trial students are not required to wear the uniform.


A. Most communication is done via email. We also share updates on our social media pages and noticeboards. Please ensure we have your correct contact details.


A. That’s completely normal! Our teachers are very welcoming and experienced in helping new students settle in. The trial class is a great way to ease into the environment.


A. Regular term-time classes pause during school holidays, but we often run holiday workshops, camps, and intensives, details are posted on our website and social media pages.


A. All of our teachers are qualified, experienced professionals with enhanced DBS checks and first aid training. You can read about them on the “Meet the Team” page of our website.


A. Please bring a water bottle, and make sure your child’s belongings are clearly labelled. No food, chewing gum, or fizzy drinks are allowed in the studio.
